—フォトグラファーとお客様との人間関係です。

—私が仕事として行った行為が、人の幸せに繋がっていると思えると ころです。

—Are there any trends in photography?

—時代に消費される写真だけは撮りたく無いというのが本心です。

—What details that usually pass unnoticed can a photographer notice?

—自然をありのまあに提示するのでは無く、自然をとおした暗示があ るというところでしょうか。

—What influences the value of a photo? What are its elements?

—プリントです。
良いプリントを得るには高度な知識と技術が必要です。
私は多くのプロフェショナル・フォトグラファーから作品のプリン ト依頼を受けています。

—Do you have any professional taboos?

—自分が愛せない様な作品をつくること。

—Who inspires you in your life and why?

—尊敬する先人（歴史的または芸術的な）たちです。
その人達のおかげで今の自分が居ると思えるからです。

—How do you educate yourself to take better pictures?

—世界で最も権威あると言われるフォト・コンペティションに出品し ています。

—What motivates you to continue taking pictures?

—人の役に立っていると思える事です。

—Should your parents have been more or less strict?

—母はやさしい人でしたが、父は厳格で厳しい人でした。

—If you could go back in time, what would you do differently?

—もう少し、国語と歴史を勉強したいです。

—When are you completely satisfied with your work?

—満足できる事は経験していません。
これからも満足出来る事は無いでしょう。

—Do you believe in the traditional roles for men and women?

—生物学的には有ると思います。

—Where would you like to live?

—今も、これからも生まれ育った故郷です。

—犬が大好きです。

—Who or what do you hate?

—利己主義者は苦手です。

—結婚し、子供を持てた事、そしてこの世に生んでもらった両親と出 会えたことです。

—日本のフォトグラファー業界を変えたいと思っています。

—いろいろと、そう思う所はありますが難しいです。

—戦争や争いが終わらないところを変えたいと思っています。

—Can you give a few tips for photographers who are just starting out?

—コツは有りません。
むしろ向き・不向きはあります。
