Alex and Nigel wedding in Ireland

This was my first time at Barberstown Castle and only my second time in Ireland. I first met Alex and Nigel the year before at a wedding I photographed in Norfolk. A few months later they gave me a call to ask if I would be willing to travel to Ireland for there wedding, Of course I was, Travelling and wedding photography are my two favourite things and combining the two together is even better.Barberstown Castle is nestled in the peaceful County Kildare countryside. Barberstown Castle is a unique and elegant wedding venue, steeped in history, and is very popular with stylish couples tying the knot in Ireland. Once there, you'll feel like you're a million miles away from the city, but actually, you're just a 30-minute spin from Dublin city centre! Add in the grandeur of the banqueting hall and Barberstown Castle is a real gem of a venue.
