Angelina & Billy

Angelina & BillyBy now many of my collaborators and past clients know that I have made huge changes in my life. Moving back to my home country (RO) was a very difficult and hard decision. But you know what they say….FAMILY FIRST! Because we have three children, life for us was quite harsh in London, we only had my sister in law in town and a few friends but like everybody they all had jobs and their everyday life so It was difficult to spend lots of time together. It is true that back home the goverment system is not very good but I can say that life in our home has 100% quality. We are spending more time with our children, less technology and more nature life. Although, our photography and videography business still goes on in both countries and hopefully soon in others. Yes, we would love to travel more, meet new people, traditions and places. I am a strong believer that this would make us better people and the experience will be priceless. As a matter of fact I am writing this somewhere above France in the aeroplane on my way to London, where I am being expected by a super talented team to do some magic photographs at a beautiful wedding venue in Central London. I really can’t wait to share more information about it!A few moths ago I was contacted by Angelina to shoot her wedding in Ware. I loved the concept, the details, such a sweet couple and the beautiful venue. I said yes, I would love to come (even if I have to fly 2500 km to get there, said it to myself). Meanwhile they decided about the wedding photography package and the booking was made. Hooray!Fast forward to August I was my my flight to Luton for Billy & Angelina’s wedding! It was an English (groom) and Russian(bride) mixed wedding. I knew Russian brides are very beautiful but I must say that Angelina was just super stunning, exceed my expectations, her very natural and romantic look put her on top! I loved photographs her bridal portraits! What a great day it was! I loved it! On the day I had some time to meet the groom on our way to the venue ( Fanhams Hall, Exclusive Wedding Venue) followed by the fantastic welcome at the Fanhams Hall. At the entrance there was Billy’s Dan black cab, all decorated fancy with a Russian garland brought by the bride. The bridesmaids and the beautiful bride Angelina were getting ready in a splendid room at the Fanhams Hall. I love the getting ready part, as I have full flexibility to style and photographs all the details such as the dress, shoes, rings, it really is one of my favourite parts. Then I follow up with the grooms getting ready and some venue inside photographs if possible. The civil ceremony was very intense, there were a lot of happy tears and emotions. Angelina’s dad looked so serious and when I saw him crying it remembered of my own wedding, instantly. It was so easy to see that everyone was hand picked at the wedding, coming with lot’s of love and support for the newly weds. In my opinion, this is the perfect scenario for every wedding day.The food at the Fanhams Hall was exquisite, the desert super yummy! Thank you for that!I was so happy that I had time to photograph the bridal and groomsmen party in the Fanhams Hall garden. The fact that the bride and groom took in consideration the time required for photographing them alone was such a huge part for the visual storyline, we really did created some stunning moments together. Yes, I am strong believer that the bride and groom together with the photographer are making a killing team. There is always a good team work being all those beautiful photographs. The photographer can’t create moments without the help of the b&g. The party continued on the dance floor, with the loved ones! The DJ cubicle was create by the groom itself with the name of the festival Circolocco (Spain) where they had actually meet few years ago while beautiful Angelina was a student there. Such electric beautiful story they have! The dance continued until midnight with such good music and vibe! Congratulations for the newly weds for the fantastic wedding day they organised! It was my honour to be there and capture all the stunning and emotional moments!I will let the wedding photographs speak for themselves, below this text. Enjoy and hear us on the next post!
