Not one, not two, but three days long the wedding of Alexandra & John was celebrated in the idyllic surroundings of Italy’s Lake Como. Together with my colleagues Joshua D’Hondt & Wouter Maeckelberge I got to photograph these wonderful days. Friends and family from all over the world, but mainly from Canada and Belgium, traveled all the way to Italy to turn this wedding into a stunner of a party.The wedding marathon started on lake Como with a boat trip, live music, food, drinks and an exuberant atmosphere. Saturday started (and ended, even though we didn’t witness that end anymore) with a dive into the lake. Everything in between was showered with emotions, love, hugs, laughter and a high-energy dance party. On Sunday the three-day event was closed off with a brunch and a final sailing trip on the lake.
