Interview

  • First and foremost – whom can you name as the best photographer in Ibiza, Spain? :)

There are different photographers for different tastes, therefore every couple can choose between different styles of photography.

  • How did you get in the photography industry?

First I was attracted to portraits, because I love people. Then, they asked me if I can do the wedding, and I did it. Since then, it became my full passion to document the weddings – all the joy, happy tears, all the emotions – everything in one place!

  • What are the most important components of a good photo in your opinion?

A lot of things – from light, composition, editing to emotions...

  • Do you love traveling?

    I love travelling!

  • What do you like most about your profession?

The whole process, from the first contact from the couple, discovering their story, through the wedding day, seeing all the joy and happiness, to the end, selecting and editing the photos.

  • What do you like least about your profession?

Sometimes there might be moments of some discomfort in the process (like working on a really really hot day), but I always adjust, because I love my job much.

  • What is special in the photography genre you specialise at?

I think it's more whole; one needs to know specifics of different style of the photography – fashion, food, landscape, documentary, night-long exposure photography ...

  • How do you handle criticism?

Constructive criticism – I accept it with both hands. That's how I grow.

  • What should be the criteria for a customer to choose a photographer?

Style of the photographer, of course and definitely the vibe they get from him/her. After all, the personality of the photographer defines his/her photos and they should resonates with the couple's perception of it.
