There’s a family, and that already almost feels like enough. Without building anything that wasn’t already there.The flowers weren’t chosen, they were found. Gathered in the days before, by walking, looking, returning to the same places as the light shifted. Foraging, yes, but without making it into an important word: more a way of paying attention. Hands taking only what was needed, leaving the rest where it was. Different flowers, a little crooked, sometimes tiny, and exactly right because of it.It’s a kind of beauty that isn’t constructed, the beauty of this family. It happens. It lives in the relationships, in bodies close to one another, in things made with a care that doesn’t need to be shown.
