—The best photographer for anybody is someone who has a similar vision.

—Ste fotogenický?

—Well, yes and no, so I get it when someone is not exactly photogenical, but could still look amazing in pictures!

—Ako ste sa dostali do fotografického priemyslu?

—I was doing mainly family and couples photography when a Lithuania wedding photographer/ planner who just had a baby approached me about taking on about 20 of her elopement weddings over just around two months.

—Aké sú podľa vás najdôležitejšie súčasti dobrej fotografie?

—To me it's mainly about the light, the timeless value and a desired emotion.

—Máte radi cestovanie?

—LOVE IT!

—Čo máte najradšej na vašej profesii?

—Knowing that I am creating meaningful memories for people.

—Čo sa vám páči najmenej na vašej profesii?

—Midday wedding ceremonies in bright Mallorcan sun! )

—Aká bude budúcnosť fotenia?

—It depends on what weddings will be like in the future :)

—Čo je výnimočné na žánri fotografií, na ktorý sa špecializujete?

—As a photographer you have very little control over anything apart from yourself and your equipment.

—Ako zvládate kritiku?

—I'd love to say I don't care, but I do, I'd also love to say I learn from it and move on! )

—Sú nejaké trendy v oblasti fotografie?

—Of course, almost like in fashion!

—Aké by mal mať zákazník kritérium pri výbere fotografa?

—Any photographer reflects a little bit of himself in his/her work, so notice what they are looking for and make sure that's what you want to see.

—Čomu sa určite vyhnúť pri práci?

—Everything depends on the circumstances, different weddings involve different people and cultures, what is acceptable varies, but I guess being disrespectful in either how you portray the people or your behaviour is never acceptable.

—Aké detaily, ktoré zvyčajne prejdú bez povšimnutia, si môže fotograf všimnúť?

—So many little things people have no time for during the wedding!

—Čo ovplyvňuje hodnotu fotografie? Aké sú jej prvky?

—To me a photo needs to carry a meaning, a purpose, then in my opinion it's as valuable as the meaning.

—Ktorá osoba môže byť podľa vás symbolom 21. storočia?

—It's got to be Apple for me )))

—Koho chcete fotografovať?

—I don't have anybody specific in mind, apart from the people I know and love.

—Máte nejaké profesionálne tabu?

—Warning the bride before the wedding, that if she feels lost or nervous and does not know what to do, she has to smile, so much for a genuine emotion!)

—S kým by ste chceli fotografovať?

—Oh so many people, everybody has such a different view on things!

—Čoho sa obávate a prečo?

—No, to me worry is related to fear and extensive fear is a lack of trust and I am always looking to grow in my trust.

—Aký bol váš najpôsobivejší okamih v živote?

—Moving countries, having children, finding your true self.

—I am quite positive about the good hearted Fiona in Shrek who also turns out stunning in the end)

—Kto vás vo vašom živote inšpiruje a prečo?

—My kids

—Ako definujete úspech? Ako ho meriate?

—Living a comfortable life by doing what you love.

—Boli by ste radšej obľúbení alebo rešpektovaní?

—I guess if I had to choose I'd go for respected, as in photography I'd go for creating something that speaks to me over something that I think speaks to other people.

—Aká je najväčšia chyba, ktorú ste kedy v práci urobili?

—Choice of career, years ago when I trained to be a certified accountant.

—Keď cestujete, čo si so sebou beriete a prečo?

—I love travelling alone, taking only my camera with me, travelling is a thing that inspires my creativity and I need to do it alone to fully benefit from it.

—Existuje niečo, čo by ste si boli radšej nekúpili zo zariadení, ktoré vlastníte? Prečo?

—I guess my flashes and stands for when I thought I'd end up shooting real estate )

—Ako sa vzdelávate, aby ste robili lepšie fotografie?

—I take classes, I try new things, I have a vision that I work towards and I try and stay inspired.

—Koho práca vás ovplyvnila najviac ako fotografa?

—So many, Kuliev definitely is a big one there!

—Jedna vec, ktorú by ste chceli vedieť, keď ste začínali s fotením?

—You should never stop learning!

—Čo by ste chceli povedať cez vaše fotografie?

—There is happiness in this moment and we need to be able to see it to experience it.

—Čo vás motivuje v ďalšom fotografovaní?

—Why would I want to stop?

—Mali byť vaši rodičia menej alebo viac prísni?

—I am who I am because of how it was, I don't know if I like the theme of any kinds of regrets!

—Ak by ste sa mohli vrátiť v čase, čo by ste urobili inak?

—Back to the topic of regrets!)

—Čo tak život na druhých planétach?

—As in God? To me it's very obvious.

—Kto sú vaši hrdinovia?

—My parents, because I know all about them and how they really are and I still admire them!

—Kto nemá u vás žiadny rešpekt?

—I teach my kids that liars are not respectful to themselves or others, so I guess, technically, they don't deserve respect.

—Čo robíte vo svojom voľnom čase?

—Travelling, reading, on the beach with my twin boys.

—Akú vašu tvár nikdy neukazujte na verejnosti?

—The fact that I could happily spend a week alone and not miss anybody that much! )))

—Kedy ste úplne spokojní s vašou prácou?

—The truth is always and never, I always try to do the best I can at the time, but that's rarely 100% perfect in my mind!

—Veríte v tradičné role mužov a žien?

—Yes, do you believe only women can carry and give birth to babies? )

—Získavate ľahko nových priateľov?

—Yes and no.

—Kde by ste radi žili?

—I love it where I am now.

—Shall I go for the real silliest thing or just something to laugh about?

—Hahaha, I always hope for it!

—Go out and shoot street photography, it's basically the same thing!
