Stunning sunrise at Učka

This session was shot at Mount Vojak, the highest peak of mountain range Učka. It overlooks the Kvarner bay on the east side and Istria on the west.We set out on our trip to Učka at 3am in order to get there at dawn. As we approached our location the thunderstorm we got into earlier finally subsided. Top of Učka was windy and dry as it could be giving us a nice view of the sea, surrounding hills and clouds pouring rain in the distance over the Adriatic.Marko and Maja are such an amazing, easy going married couple. Ten years together, three beautiful children and the flames are still hot. Furthermore, Marko is also a photographer so we were kind of nervous at how it would all play out but it turned out so much better than we hoped. Taking their portraits was a blast and we are really happy with the results!
