I think they need a portfolio, it is the most easies way, but it is ruin all system ((((

If they need to build their portfolio in such a desperate way, then very probably they are not professionals and in my opinion for this reason they shouldn't be allowed to be listed on this kind of websites and answer to clients' requests. But obviously it's just my opinion :)
