Monica and Hyalmar met in the spring of 2015 during Monica's audition for the role of Maria in the Sound of Music. Hyalmar was picked to play Captain Von Trapp, and Monica's audition required Maria to share a kiss with Captain Von Trapp. The spark that started from that first kiss grew, and on August 2, 2016 at the Tower of David in Jerusalem, Hyalmar asked Monica to share her life with him...
And this is their wedding day.
