  • First and foremost – whom can you name as the best photographer in Hong Kong, Hong Kong? :)

    Most of the wedding photographers in Hong Kong are great! So, I cannot say who is the best.

  • Are you photogenic?

    Yes.

  • How did you get in the photography industry?

    Wow... I love to take the photo since my university life. And later I quit my job from a Hedge Fund company and start my career.

  • What are the most important components of a good photo in your opinion?

    The moment.

  • Do you love traveling?

    Absolutely.

  • What do you like most about your profession?

    I like story. Every engagement and wedding for me is a story of the others. Everyone deserve their own story.

  • What do you like least about your profession?

    I am lucky. I love my work.

  • What will be the future of photography?

    Back to basic. Using film.

  • What is special in the photography genre you specialise at?

    Emotion and the interaction from each other.

  • How do you handle criticism?

    A chance for me to review my work.

  • Are there any trends in photography?

    For me – Film style! Haha.

  • What should be the criteria for a customer to choose a photographer?

    I think the character of the photographer will be the main issue.

  • What things are to be avoided when shooting?

    Ethic.

  • What influences the value of a photo? What are its elements?

    I think the moment is the most valuable part of a photo.

    My son.

    Success for me is still a very long way to go.
    I think in my life I need to stay hungry and stay foolish, otherwise, will be outdated very soon.

  • What is the biggest mistake you have ever made at work?

    Out focus...

  • When you're going to travel, what do you take with you and why?

    A film camera. I like to take film.

    No. Haha

    Stay hungry and stay foolish.
