—Molti fotografi bravissimi, dipende molto dallo stile di scatto. E' una valutazione troppo soggettiva per sceglierne uno solo.

—Are you photogenic?

—Non molto. Purtroppo!

—How did you get in the photography industry?

—Ho sempre amato il reportage e la fotografia di matrimonio mi consente di coniugare passione e lavoro.

—What are the most important components of a good photo in your opinion?

—Impatto e composizione.

—Do you love traveling?

—Viaggiare è vivere. Durante i viaggi realizzo i miei reportage e trovo l'ispirazione per i miei scatti di wedding. Non c'è l'uno senza l'altro.

—What do you like most about your profession?

—Partecipare a un momento felice in una quotidianità di stress e malcontento. Condividere la celebrazione di un amore. Poterlo raccontare.

—What do you like least about your profession?

—Al momento nulla:)

—What will be the future of photography?

—E' un mercato in continua evoluzione dove i gusti e gli stili cambiano con la moda. Quello che non cambia è il perché: l'incontro di due persone e il desiderio di onorare il sentimento che le lega.

—What is special in the photography genre you specialise at?

—Sicuramente la possibilità di poter assistere a un momento intimo riservato da una prospettiva unica. La chance di poterlo raccontare e aiutare gli sposi a ricordarlo così come l'hanno vissuto.

—How do you handle criticism?

—Le critiche costruttive aiutano a migliorarsi. Visto che la perfezione non è di queste parti...va da sé che sono le benvenute!

—Are there any trends in photography?

—Certo. Non avete notato tutti gli sfocati che vanno ultimamente?

—What should be the criteria for a customer to choose a photographer?

—Sicuramente devono ritrovarsi nello stile del fotografo per poter condividere il suo modo di raccontare e altrettanto sicuramente devono ritrovarsi nel fotografo. Il famoso feeling è una componente imprescindibile per una buona alchimia.

—What things are to be avoided when shooting?

—Disturbare la cerimonia? Imporsi sugli sposi?

—What details that usually pass unnoticed can a photographer notice?

—Il fotografo è una persona comune. Credo che le cose che si notano possano essere le stesse, semplicemente un fotografo ha la preparazione tecnica e la strumentazione per raccontarle al meglio.

—What influences the value of a photo? What are its elements?

—Quanto riesce ad esprimere senza didascalie e contestualizzazioni. La capacità di essere eterna.

—What person can be the symbol of the 21st century in your opinion?

—Fotograficamente parlando, senza dubbio, Henri Cartier-Bresson.

—Who do you want to take photos of?

—Bruce Springsteen.

—Do you have any professional taboos?

—No.

—L'idea di saltare un pasto. Ho iniziato a giocare a rugby e la massa è fondamentale per sopravvivere.

—What is the most impressive moment in your life?

—Il primo bacio, forse.

—Spider-man. E' un personaggio controverso ma fa del bene. E vive a NY.

—Who inspires you in your life and why?

—I colleghi. La fotografia si nutre di esperienza, propria e altrui.

—Non sono Corona, per cui amato <3

—Per ora, fortunatamente, nessuno.

—Cellulare e carta di credito. Siamo sinceri, senza soldi non si parte nemmeno.

—Is there anything among your gadgets that you wish you haven't bought? Why?

—Il mio primo cavalletto. Troppo leggero per la mia prima macchina. Si è schiantata al suolo.

—How do you educate yourself to take better pictures?

—Esercizio continuo e confronto professionale con colleghi. E partecipo a workshop quando sono tenuti da fotografi che mi interessano.

—Whose work has influenced you most as a photographer?

—Come fotografo di reportage la mia ispirazione è per lo più extra matrimoniale: Kenna, Salgado, Webb, Gilden, moltissimi!

—Should your parents have been more or less strict?

—No, direi che sono stati equilibrati.

—If you could go back in time, what would you do differently?

—Le medie.

—What about life on other planets?

—Spero di poterla fotografare al più presto!

—Viaggio, leggo, film e serie tv, cucino, palestra e provo a non farmi ammazzare a rugby.

—Quando gli sposi sono contenti e si ritrovano nel mio racconto.

—Molto più di quando ero piccolo.

—Nuova Zelanda.
