I am not going to spend too much time here, because each of the words written can be seen in the photos of this long deserved marriage ceremony. It was a perfect summer day to celebrate the love between Natasha and Rotem. This international couple has come a long way after being together nine years.
I was able to depict one of the most momentous events in their relationship- tying the knot after surviving a long distance relationship for over six years. They’ve had to travel to fifteen different countries to meet up and maintain their love.
Their romantic story started in a pool in Kibbutz Ramat Yohanan- the kibbutz where Natasha decided to work and study Hebrew for six months back in 2009. Five months later, the couple decided to backpack through South America together, finally getting engaged 7 years Later when Natasha finally moved back to Israel. Personally, if you think of it, there is no better place to celebrate a wedding than where everything started.The preparations started at Rotem’s parents’ house with tons of fun and chaos. Over 100 people came from abroad for the wedding, and you could feel the energy. Everybody was so grateful to have an excuse to come back together on such a joyful day. The friendship between Natasha and Rotem and their wedding party was palpable. From the beginning, it was fun, with dancing and laughter. The marriage ceremony was defined by their love of their family and friends. One of the many things I love about my job is meeting new people, and travelling to their favorite places. And with the excellent taste of this couple, what a celebration it was!
