wo souls, two cultures, one love. When tradition meets togetherness — Tan

Love knows no boundaries — not of region, not of religion. Tanmoy, a South Indian Hindu groom, and Sujata, a North Indian Buddhist bride, came together in a union that was as spiritually rich as it was emotionally moving. To honor both their roots and beliefs, they chose to be married in two sacred ceremonies. The first took place at the Tri Narayan Temple, a revered site where, according to Hindu mythology, the divine wedding of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati is believed to have taken place. Amid sacred chants and traditional rituals, Tanmoy and Sujata took their vows as per Hindu customs, symbolizing strength, unity, and eternity. The journey continued to Bodh Gaya, a place of deep significance in Buddhism, where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment. Here, under the blessings of monks and amidst the serene echo of mantras, they embraced the Buddhist rituals — a ceremony of mindfulness, peace, and inner connection. Two different faiths, two distinct traditions — yet one seamless story of love and respect.
Tanmoy and Sujata didn’t just get married; they built a bridge between their worlds.
