This wedding was that small act of rebellion.
And thanks to that, it was incredibly intimate and sensitive. A tearjerker. With a lot of punk.Because they made that day really in their own way. According to themselves, for themselves, for love... across expectations and conventions. Regardless of what is "supposed" to be done or what anyone might think. That's how it should be, right?Coffee, a walk, a motorcycle ride, a small intimate ceremony in the company of their closest friends and family, and a reception in the form of the best pizza. For the first time, I didn't miss svíčková. Really. And besides that, they gave me enormous creative freedom.Verča and Lukáš are artistic souls to me. Sensitive, yet independent. They love beautiful things, but only when they make sense to them. And that's exactly how they approached their day. They made it so that it reflected who they are.
And that, in my opinion, is the essence of intimate ceremonies. They don't have to be big to be beautiful. They just have to be yours.I think that sums up Verča and Lukáš perfectly.
