Giuliano Lo Re

@giulianolore Giuliano Lo Re is an Italian wedding photographer whose work blends a documentary approach with a cinematic vision. Influenced by cinema, visual arts, and pop culture, he uses light, color, and composition to create images that feel both authentic and visually striking. After leaving a career in advertising, he dedicated himself to wedding photography in 2022, focusing on visual storytelling. He is known for his bold use of color, strong narrative contrasts, and his ability to find beauty in spontaneity, imperfection, and genuine human connection.
Working throughout Italy and internationally, Giuliano creates images where elegance meets chaos, intimacy meets spectacle, and humor coexists with emotion. His photography is driven by visual rhythm, emotional honesty, and a strong sense of story, resulting in wedding narratives that feel both timeless and deeply personal. His work has received international recognition, including being ranked among the top 3 wedding photographers in the world.

Every wedding has its own heartbeat. My role is not to direct it, but to feel it before I photograph it.
When I stop chasing perfect moments and start recognising genuine emotion, the images become honest.

My work exists between documentary storytelling and editorial elegance, yet neither truly defines it. What defines it is the emotion that lingers long after the celebration is over.

I don't photograph weddings to preserve how they looked. I photograph them so people never forget how they felt.

@zubarevs Edgar is a photographer who has lived in Tenerife for more than 10 years, transforming human stories into images. For him, photography is not about beautiful poses or perfect faces. It has always been about emotion.
His style emerged at the intersection of documentary photography and a cinematic perspective. Rather than directing people, he creates a space where they can be themselves.
Edgar believes the strongest photographs are made when people stop thinking about the camera. His work is distinguished by his attention to light, atmosphere, and the details most people overlook. Instead of pursuing a perfect picture, he seeks genuine emotion. Instead of following trends, he creates images that feel alive.
Today, Edgar continues to develop his distinctive style, combining an artistic sensibility with documentary honesty. For him, every shoot is an opportunity not simply to create beautiful photographs, but to preserve a piece of a person's story exactly as it was.

如何參加？

您必須是MyWed會員才能參加。

註冊MyWed帳號，上傳20張照片到作品集中，然後等候編輯核准。

核准之後，您即能夠寄送照片參賽。

已經是會員了？只需要從作品集中選出照片和故事即可。

誰能參加？

請加入MyWed PRO以參加競賽。之後，您可以在22項提名的每項中各繳交一張照片或系列。

我可以免費參加嗎？

所有攝影師都可以參加任意2項提名，除了年度婚禮攝影師。

獎項

年度婚禮攝影師提名的得獎者將獲得$3,000，也就是大賽的特等獎。

「婚禮前後的愛情」提名中贏得最佳系列的攝影師將獲頒獎金$1,000。

另外，網站編輯提供了$1,000的特別獎。

其他提名的得獎者將各獲得$300。

每項提名的10位入圍決賽者將獲得未來12個月的MyWed PRO+。

尺寸及格式

每個人都喜歡看高畫質的美麗照片。請上傳長邊至少有2400畫素或以上的照片。

檔案必須包含EXIF數據，以便讓我們確認拍攝日期。

照片系列

繳交至「年度婚禮攝影師」的系列必須包含40到60張照片。系列中的所有照片必須是在同場婚禮拍攝的。

在「婚禮前後的愛情」提名，您可以繳交內含25到45張照片的系列。

照片原創作者

照片的作者是持有相機並按下快門的人。

寄送照片至MyWed Award參賽，即代表確認您是作者。

在「年度攝影師」提名（照片系列）裡，您允許使用最多10張助理拍攝的照片。

您同時也保證沒有第三方會反對您使用參賽的照片。

能夠繳交怎樣的照片？

僅接受2025 – 2026年間拍攝的照片。

本年度的額外提名，您可以繳交於2024到2026年拍攝的照片。

哪些照片是被禁止的？

請勿繳交含有邊框、大浮水印或是圖標的照片。

另外，請避免使用雙聯畫、三幅一聯圖、多重曝光、過度後製、過多設計元素等等的照片。

禁止使用取自工作坊的照片。
