BHAVIKA &KETAN

A little pre-wedding shoot in Venice featuring the beautiful Bhavika and dashing Ketan. My friend Ravi met as for this shoot. They arrived with great outfits, big smiles and all the poses. Venice lends itself incredibly well to pre wedding shoots – the lack of cars, road signs, ugly street lights makes it a dream destination. In fact, it was unlike any other European city I’ve been to and is now a firm favourite.We visited Venice in January and so there weren’t ‘too’ many tourists in the city. What I loved about Venice as a pre wedding shoot location was the uniqueness of the city. What I mentioned above was replaced by tiny little streets, waterways, vistas, Italian squares and really friendly local people. That’s not to say it didn’t have its challenges! But with the challenges came some great photographic opportunities.The light was beautiful too – we really couldn’t have asked for a better day. We started at Basilica de San Marco and walked around the waterfront. At the end of the morning, we ended up at Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute. The whole district was relatively quiet and we captured one of my favourite photos !We had a break for lunch and started bear Bhavika and Ketan's hotel. And then in the evening continued up to and around The Victor Emmanuel II Monument. We got some stunning light and a huge thank you to Bhavika and Ketan for walking so far! They were so easy to with – a dream couple!Anyway enough talk and on with the pre wedding shoot Venice photographs!
