Leandra and Diego

Diego and Leandra met about 4 years ago when he first came to the United States from Brazil. As he was settling in, he started working for Uber to save money for school and starting his own business. They met one night as he was picking up a group of Leandra and some of her friends. One of her friends who had spent a lot of time in Brazil for business invited Diego back to his apartment where we were all headed to have a few beers and enjoy the night. Diego and Leandra were drawn to each other that night and haven’t left each other’s side since. Over the next years the two got very close and eventually started living together. They took our first trip to Brazil together where Leandra got to experience Diego's culture and meet his family. The warmth and love she felt basically sealed the deal. After they got back, the two began talking about marriage and eventually just decided to go for it! No cheesy proposals no engagement rings just two people agreeing to spend the rest of their lives together.
