Iceland elopement at canyon

Brittany and Shane eloped in Iceland in early September, which is still considered tourist season. They took a chance on me when I suggested their elopement day be far away from popular tourist locations. They enjoyed every moment of it; seeing more of Iceland's untouched terrain and having a beautiful ceremony in the heart of the country.
As both of them enjoyed travelling, more remote locations weren't out of the question. Brittany and Shane also wanted anything but a big and traditional wedding. So how did they do it differently?
Firstly they chose a more private ceremony location. We hiked for 40 minutes and the trail was pretty much uphill and close to the glaciers themselves. They also drank Viking horns during their ceremony.
Secondly Brittany & Shanes's "wedding car" was a private plane ride which they were excited about. We got a bit crazy with the champagne popping and the wind came and washed my hair with the champagne! :D We laughed so hard!
