Destination Wedding in Portugal at Conversas De Alpendre, Algarve

Dina and Matthieu live in France but they opted for a destination wedding in Portugal and were married at a boutique hotel in the Algarve that reflected their vision of intimacy, surrounded by nature and family. The venue, Conversas de Alpendre, is modern, minimalist, and exuded effortless luxury.There is a lovely organic feel to the wedding. The property is full of olive trees and they used branches from the trees to decorate the ceremony and chairs.The reception was held under a large carob tree so they used the dried fruits from the trees called alfarroba to write name cards with personalised messages to each of our guests on them. One of the rooms on the property is a tree house where the bride preparations took place.They brought along their 2 dogs with them, as they are an important part of the family. They had the absolute freedom of roaming the property and even ate their kibble dinner at the bride and groom table.
