When coffee becomes a self-portrait ☕️My friend and client Masha is someone whose life loves beautiful plot twists.
She used to work in hospitality, and now she’s a graphic designer. One of her projects is the branding for MUGuette coffee: the cups, the packaging, the whole visual universe of the brand.
Masha submitted it to the Paris Design Awards 2025 — and became a finalist in her category 🥳And then she comes to me for a photoshoot, asking for “something in a Russian style”.
We spent a long time looking for a space where everything would click.
And in one Paris hotel it all came together perfectly: the atmosphere, her look, the interior with red wallpaper, the green armchair, the red coffee cup we found right in the room, and the pocket watch on a chain.That’s how a simple portrait session turned into a conceptual story.
In the photos, Masha seems to be playing with coffee and with the flow of time — and in these images you can see both her character and what her life is filled with right now: design, projects, creativity.
