Marta & Ignacy's engagement photo shoot in Porto, Portugal

Marta and Ignacy are both Polish. They met at the Medical school where they both studies in Wroclaw. Ignacy spent a year doing Erasmus in Porto, Portugal. He took Marta to the airport, telling her he was planned a surprise trip for them both! The "surprise" destination was Porto, where she got to see his Erasmus city and definitely was not expecting a wedding proposal! After I took their engagement photos, they invited me to Wroclaw to also shoot their wedding, a couple of months later. It was my very first solo destination wedding, back in 2017, and definitely one of the most beautiful experiences of my professional life! I have been shooting destination weddings around Europe regularly ever since.
