  • —Перше і найважливіше - кого ви можете назвати найкращим фотографом у вашому місті? :)

    —It depends on who you ask.
    In 2015 I was WPJA photographer of the year – worldwide.

  • —Як ви опинилися у галузі фотографії?

    —After working 7 years as a photojournalist and another 7 years as an architect I decided to become full-time wedding photographer.

  • —Якими, на вашу думку, є найголовніші складові гарної фотографії?

    —The strong content.

  • —Що вам більш за все подобається у вашій професії?

    —For me the best thing to do in life is shooting weddings.

  • —Чи є якісь тренди у фотографії?

    —There are, but I don't believe in them. I don't like trends. They come and go. For me, photography should be timeless. So I practice nice colors and black & white photographs with strong content.

  • —Якими для клієнта повинні бути критерії вибору фотографа?

    —I always say to my clients – think about what will your kids see in your wedding album, when they will get married after 20/30 years.

  • —Які деталі, що, зазвичай, проходять непоміченими, може «зловити» фотограф?

    —A good photographer can capture beautiful photos of the couple but also the hidden/small moments that no one sees. A good photographer can capture the 'making of' at the same level as the 'must be' photos.

  • —Кого ви бажаєте сфотографувати?

    —I've photographed Hollywood movie stars, super-rich people, politicks,... but also very normal couples. For me is the same. It's not about what the people are or do, the wedding is about the love between two souls.

  • —Який момент є найбільш вражаючим у вашому житті?

    —In personal life – definitely my kids birth. In professional career – winning the Photographer of the year 2015 title by Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA). Another huge moment was speaking in front of almost 2000 people at the Wedding Brasil conference in Sao Paulo.

  • —Хто надихає вас у вашому житті і чому?

    —My wife and my kids. They are my biggest inspiration. My son is a very talented football player. Daughter is a national champion in saxophone. And my wife – I'd never be where I am without her!

  • —Чим ви займаєтесь у свій вільній час?

    —I love trail running. So I try to spend as much time in nature and mountains as possible. Now and then I also make something from wood.
