This past weekend in Naples, Florida, we finally took the engagement-style photos we never got around to when we married in March of 2024. Staying at the elegant Ritz-Carlton, the setting couldn’t have been more perfect to reflect our story—James, my thoughtful American husband who works in the news, media, and technology world, and me, Gaby, a Brazilian-born professional photographer. Our careers often overlap in creativity and storytelling, making this photo session feel like a natural collaboration between two artists in love. The images (as seen in the attached gallery) capture moments both timeless and tender: me in a flowing white dress descending a staircase with a bouquet of soft ivory roses, James gazing at me through golden morning light, and our playful barefoot strolls along the shore at sunset. With champagne toasts, romantic balcony glances, and joyful beach embraces, every photo is a visual poem—proof that love, like art, only deepens with time.
