There was a lot to love about the marriage of Rolan and Sylvia. The bride and groom themselves were a pleasure to work with, always smiling and full of life. The church venue was classically beautiful, and the light shining through the stained glass windows added an aura of magic. “Elegant” was a word we often heard mentioned to describe the big day.Rolan and Sylvia achieved a great balance between traditional and contemporary style for their wedding. They used the architecture of the venue and a classic vehicle to evoke old-school charm, and fashionable bridesmaid dresses that, while timeless, hinted at present-day fashion.While planning the wedding, we developed a great working relationship that allowed us to organically capture the big moments of the day, as well as the quieter, candid times. I love the big photographs, but the natural, heartfelt and honest photos are my favourite.Thank you to Rolan and Sylvia for inviting us to shoot your marvelous day.
