Red Flying Dress in Namibia

Who can guess where I shot these photos?
Nope… not the USA — even though we’ve been there a few times too.
Believe it or not, this was AFRICA. More precisely: Namibia. 🇳🇦The story? Let’s just say… it wasn’t simple.
This shoot was actually a happy accident!
The main session was supposed to happen in the iconic Deadvlei, with a flying dress in stunning pure white. But if you’re already buying a dress… why not buy two, right? Easy so far.The trip through Namibia was meticulously planned: accommodations booked months ahead, timing perfected.
And then… a few days before the shoot — the dress was stolen. In the capital city. We managed to rent one (miracle!!) and did the white desert session as planned. But we still had half a day left — and a red dress we were dying to use. No time to be picky with location or timing, it was: here and now or never. So I scouted fast, picked a few spots, and we went for it.
It felt like we were stealing time from the universe — seizing a moment and making the absolute most of it. No rules. No planning. Just pure flow. And it was WORTH IT. 🔥
