The wedding took place in Belgium, in Leuven. The ceremony had the traditions of an Iranian wedding. There was a table with sweets in front of the newlyweds. Relatives held a blanket over them and rubbed sugar. At the end of the ceremony, the couple dips their fingers in honey and lets their partner lick them.
