Always enjoy the company of engaged couples talking about hoe their lives are changing. It is a great chance for them to get to know me a bit too. They learn something of how to relax in front of the lens and the images they get reassure them I am the right photographer for them. Then when I turn up on the wedding day i am already a familiar face whom they know they will get on with as will their guests. Sometimes the shoot is in my studio and sometimes on location in Chester. Couples also have favourite places of romantic or lifestyle importance to them, happy to meet them there and photograph them filling in their story. If it is some way to the special place then there may be a charge for travel expenses but not for the shoot itself.
