—Generally...yes, hahaha!

—Como se iniciou na indústria da fotografia?

—It was an opportunity that I shot wedding pics for my cousin, and then a specific feeling hit my ideas, that is , I enjoyed that period when I capture those moments. One year later, I got my first business case, well, just cannot stop from then on.

—Em sua opinião, quais são os componentes mais importantes para uma boa fotografia?

—Good story, light, composition, movement and emotion. Sometimes only one of these is necessary to make a good photograph but these are the 5 main things I look out for.

—Gosta de viajar?

—Absolutely yes! I've been to several countries, such as Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, Hungary and so on. They are impressive experiences throughout my life. And I'll take my family out there in the future.

—O que mais gosta na sua profissão?

—Different experiences and people that I would met during weddings.

—O que menos gosta na sua profissão?

—Marketing and those who haggles over price against me, cos I think what price, what goods.

—Qual será o futuro da fotografia?

—No idea really, probably having 20 photographers at once or something! You know, the threshold of it has changed.

—O que há de especial para si, no género de fotografia em que se especializou?

—To me, being the direct witness of great emotions, and not only: I'm the one in charge to capture those moments, it's a big responsability, and a honour, too.

—Como lida com as críticas?

—I usually accept critics that really motivates me, and I keep learning from photographers whose works I like. So , accurate critics help me a lot.

—Existem tendências na fotografia?

—More photographers in China will realize the importance of capturing real moments in the wedding instead of all flows.

—Quais deveriam ser os critérios considerados pelo cliente na escolha de um fotógrafo?

—Well, the right taste comes firstly. I always told people to watch my portfolio and the full works, if they really feel something when they are watching them, I must be the photographer they are looking for.

—O que não é permitido de todo ao fotografar?

—The photographer must not become the protagonist and I'm only a registrar.

—Que detalhes passam habitualmente despercebidos mas nos quais um fotógrafo repara?

—A lot of moments and details.

—O que influencia o valor da foto? Quais são os seus elementos?

—Again, good story, light, composition, movement and emotion.

—Na sua opinião, que pessoa poderá ser o símbolo do século XXI?

—You mean wedding photographer? I'm trying to be that one! :D :D :D

—O que pretende fotografar?

—Every couple that have true love.

—Tem tabus profissionais?

—I don't think so.

—Com quem gostaria de fotografar?

—I dreamed of being a partner of Lanny Mann.

—Com que se preocupa e porquê?

—Maybe the death.......it's hard to say.

—Qual foi o momento mais impressionante na sua vida?

—When I saw my son for the first time when he was born.

—Que personagem animada, literária ou de um filme gostaria de ser? Porquê?

—Birdman. I want to be fearless.

—Quem o inspira na sua vida e porquê?

—My parents encouraged me a lot. They support me whatever I want to do.

—Como define o sucesso? Como o afere?

—Success? Keeping going on something is a kind of success.

—Gostaria mais de ser amado ou respeitado?

—Yup~~~most people like me while a few don't.

—Qual foi o maior erro que já cometeu a nível profissional?

—Wow, I forgot to take my spare battery, but fortunately, I called my friend for help.

—Quando vai viajar, o que leva consigo e porquê?

—An iphone is enough.

—Está arrependido de ter adquirido algum dos gadgets que possui? Porquê?

—Sure there is. As a beginner, I bought some cheap lens and then found them uesless.

—Como aprende a tirar fotos melhores?

—Learn from world-famous masters, the real masters on wedding photography.

—Que trabalho mais o influenciou como fotógrafo?

—Jeff Ascough and my colleagues.

—Qual é a coisa que mais gostaria de ter sabido quando começou a fotografar?

—That there is so much "hidden work": marketing, emails, equipment cares and upgrades, etc...a lot of time for that :)

—O que pretende transmitir com as suas fotos?

—Show more emotions to us.

—O que o motiva a continuar a fotografar?

—The fact my pics is valuable for every couples

—Os seus pais deveriam ter sido mais ou menos rigorosos?

—I don't need any change from them. After all, they are more than sixty years old, as their son, I should try my best to make them happy.

—Maybe the same as right now.

—No heros, only people I admire.
