—Em sua opinião, quais são os componentes mais importantes para uma boa fotografia?
—Quality, good light, but first and foremost emotion!

—Gosta de viajar?
—Absolutely!

—O que mais gosta na sua profissão?
—It's never the same, it's always somewhat challenging, so I never get bored, but I mostly love the fact that I can see how I improve myself with every single photograph.

—O que menos gosta na sua profissão?
—Sometimes it's the endless hours of photo editing.

—Qual será o futuro da fotografia?
—Too insane to imagine.

—O que há de especial para si, no género de fotografia em que se especializou?
—I love capturing people's real emotions. My photoshoots involve short walks, dancing, playfullness, movement etc. All of it makes it so much more real and special.

—Como lida com as críticas?
—At frst I laugh, cry, hate all at the same time for a brief second and then I try to understand the critizism, is it a reliable source to change something, to learn from it and is it something I benefit from.
Because sometimes criticism comes from clients who simply want to haggle with price. -
—Quais deveriam ser os critérios considerados pelo cliente na escolha de um fotógrafo?
—Portfolio is a big part of it, but make sure you like the person!Now matter how well a photographer offers you guidance or ideas during the photo shoot, if you don't feel comfortable with them, you won't get the desired result.

—O que não é permitido de todo ao fotografar?
—Starting to shoot from minute 1. If I have new clients, I take 10 minutes to walk to the destination and simply chat. With those ten minutes they forget that I am a stranger and real peronalities and emotions start to surface.

—Que detalhes passam habitualmente despercebidos mas nos quais um fotógrafo repara?
—I always notice bad posture or tension. I have my own little tricks to eliminate such things.

—Com quem gostaria de fotografar?
—Rankin, I'd be happy to just look at him shoot too.

—Quem o inspira na sua vida e porquê?
—Jane Goodall, for me she reminds us that we are guests on this planet and that we should take care of life that we so eagerly want to destroy.

—Como define o sucesso? Como o afere?
—Success = satisfaction
You measure it with your own happiness. -
—Gostaria mais de ser amado ou respeitado?
—Respected, simply likeness is so much easier to achieve.

—Quando vai viajar, o que leva consigo e porquê?
—Camera and drone gear. I don't think I need to explain.

—Como aprende a tirar fotos melhores?
—Practice, practice, practice and at least once a year I try to take an interesting new class.
Also, working with other photographers and scrolling through good photography on Instagram is a good way to get the idea juices flowing. -
—Qual é a coisa que mais gostaria de ter sabido quando começou a fotografar?
—Editing tricks I know now.

—O que pretende transmitir com as suas fotos?
—World can be a happy and joyful place.

—O que o motiva a continuar a fotografar?
—My own improvement in it.

—Se pudesse regredir no tempo, o que faria de diferente?
—I would not spend money on unnecessary gear.

—O que pensa da vida nos outros planetas?
—Wish I could photograph it ;)

—A quem é que não respeita?
—Peope who complain about things they could change while sitting down and doing nothing.

—Quando é que fica completamente satisfeito com o seu trabalho?
—This happens very rarely. I'm very happy with my work pretty much all the time, but I feel like there is always space for improvement. I could be doing this for 60 years and I would still feel te same way.

—Acredita nos papéis tradicionais reservados ao homem e à mulher?
—What's traditional? What does it mean? Traditions are different all over the world, they mostly come into our lives trhough media, through other people or from a different timeframe. If people and pretty much everything else evolve with time, why shouldn't the roles for men and women. So no, I do not believe in them in a way that makes the media a clickmagnet nowadays. I trust in nature and I believe men and women are different, they should celebrate it, but their right to do things have to be equal!

—When you are stuck with a problem that's out of your hands.

—Pode dar algumas dicas para fotógrafos principiantes?
—Don't be afraid.
If you mess it up, do it again.
Have a back up plan.
PRACTICE -
—Caso os alienígenas viessem para a Terra, e fosse a primeira pessoa a encontrá-los, o que lhes diria?
—I am such a curious person I'd probably have a week long converstion about them, their life and where they come from. I hope their friendly tourists in that case :D

—Se fosse chamado para fazer um filme, que género escolheria?
—Action! I love the intence and diverce camerawork. That gengre gives plenty of opportunities to do it.
