Any hashtags are mandatory to be a part of Editor's choice after you upload a good photograph .
Wondered if any hashtags play an important role to be in the list of choice for Editors to select Editor's choice . Because many of photographs i , personally and in my opinion , Without pointing anyone , see not of that standard but they get an Editor's Choice award . Is there any process ... ?
