—Pertama sekali – siapakah yang boleh anda namakan sebagai jurufoto terbaik di Ljubljana, Slovenia? :)

—It depends on who you ask.
In 2015 I was WPJA photographer of the year – worldwide.

—Bagaimanakah anda mula menceburkan diri dalam industri fotografi?

—After working 7 years as a photojournalist and another 7 years as an architect I decided to become full-time wedding photographer.

—Apakah komponen paling penting sekeping foto yang bagus menurut pendapat anda?

—The strong content.

—Apakah yang paling anda sukai mengenai kerjaya anda?

—For me the best thing to do in life is shooting weddings.

—Adakah wujud sebarang trend dalam fotografi?

—There are, but I don't believe in them. I don't like trends. They come and go. For me, photography should be timeless. So I practice nice colors and black & white photographs with strong content.

—Apakah sepatutnya menjadi kriteria untuk seorang pelanggan memilih jurufoto?

—I always say to my clients – think about what will your kids see in your wedding album, when they will get married after 20/30 years.

—Apakah perincian yang selalunya terlepas tanpa disedari namun boleh disedari oleh seorang jurufoto?

—A good photographer can capture beautiful photos of the couple but also the hidden/small moments that no one sees. A good photographer can capture the 'making of' at the same level as the 'must be' photos.

—Siapakah yang mahu anda rakamkan dalam foto?

—I've photographed Hollywood movie stars, super-rich people, politicks,... but also very normal couples. For me is the same. It's not about what the people are or do, the wedding is about the love between two souls.

—Apakah detik paling mengesankan dalam hidup anda?

—In personal life – definitely my kids birth. In professional career – winning the Photographer of the year 2015 title by Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA). Another huge moment was speaking in front of almost 2000 people at the Wedding Brasil conference in Sao Paulo.

—Siapakah yang menjadi sumber inspirasi hidup anda dan mengapa?

—My wife and my kids. They are my biggest inspiration. My son is a very talented football player. Daughter is a national champion in saxophone. And my wife – I'd never be where I am without her!

—Apakah yang anda lakukan pada masa lapang?

—I love trail running. So I try to spend as much time in nature and mountains as possible. Now and then I also make something from wood.
