  • —Pirmiausia ir svarbiausia – ką galite įvardinti kaip geriausią fotografą jūsų mieste? :)

    —It depends on who you ask.
    In 2015 I was WPJA photographer of the year – worldwide.

  • —Kaip jūs atsiradote fotografijos industrijoje?

    —After working 7 years as a photojournalist and another 7 years as an architect I decided to become full-time wedding photographer.

  • —Jūsų nuomone, kokie yra svarbiausi geros nuotraukos komponentai?

    —The strong content.

  • —Kas šioje profesijoje Jums patinka labiausiai?

    —For me the best thing to do in life is shooting weddings.

  • —Ar fotografijoje egzistuoja tendencijos?

    —There are, but I don't believe in them. I don't like trends. They come and go. For me, photography should be timeless. So I practice nice colors and black & white photographs with strong content.

  • —Kokie turėtų būti kliento kriterijai, kad pasirinkti fotografą?

    —I always say to my clients – think about what will your kids see in your wedding album, when they will get married after 20/30 years.

  • —Kokias detales, kurios paprastai būna nepastebėtos, gali pastebėti fotografas?

    —A good photographer can capture beautiful photos of the couple but also the hidden/small moments that no one sees. A good photographer can capture the 'making of' at the same level as the 'must be' photos.

  • —Ką norite fotografuoti?

    —I've photographed Hollywood movie stars, super-rich people, politicks,... but also very normal couples. For me is the same. It's not about what the people are or do, the wedding is about the love between two souls.

  • —Kas yra įsimintiniausias dalykas nutikęs Jūsų gyvenime?

    —In personal life – definitely my kids birth. In professional career – winning the Photographer of the year 2015 title by Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA). Another huge moment was speaking in front of almost 2000 people at the Wedding Brasil conference in Sao Paulo.

  • —Kas ir kodėl Jus įkvepia gyvenime?

    —My wife and my kids. They are my biggest inspiration. My son is a very talented football player. Daughter is a national champion in saxophone. And my wife – I'd never be where I am without her!

  • —Ką veikite laisvalaikiu?

    —I love trail running. So I try to spend as much time in nature and mountains as possible. Now and then I also make something from wood.
