Question about the buttons "Call photographer" , "Whats up" , "Contact photographer"

I have a question about the buttons "Call " , "What's up" , "Send a message", even though I am paying pro member, there are none of those buttons on my profile, everyone else has them, even not paying members.
I already asked couple of times mywed team, no answer.
What should I do to activate those contact buttons?
Anyone can help?
