Snow & Ice, Rain & a Rainbow pre wedding session Interlaken, Switzerland

This couple contacted us from Asia and wished us to escort them to the Jungfraujoch for their pre wedding photos. The morning was snowing at 3000 meters but raining in Interlaken. We were positive and decided to not change the date as the forecast said it would clear up. It was spring and warm in the valley but once we reached the top via a 2 hour train journey, we arrived to snow which was perfect for the couple. They were so excited and did not call this " bad weather " but " exhilarating". We told them to bring along warm clothes and hiking boots as the ice cave can be slippery. We truly felt as if we had been on two different planets that day. As we descended the snow had stopped and once we reached Interlaken the field of yellow flowers were illuminated by bright sun and dark sky background. Just as we got out of the car a rainbow appeared. What amazing luck for our couple ! What an amazing time together.
