Make Up Artist | Glam Girl SlyWhen working out the details I asked Mackin if we were up to this travel challenge, to which he replied, we’re Rock stars. While that is open for debate, what isn’t, is that we were incredibly honored to be invited across the country specifically Simba Oryx Nature Camp, Maasai Mara by Winnie and Mawuli to photograph this beautiful session at a gorgeous venue. I love travel engagements because when a couple places their trust in us to travel with them to document their event, we become friends over the journey. The personality of Winnie and Mawuli could light up a room. They are two people that are a joy to be around, and it was an honor capturing their engagement at one of Maasai Mara’s most incredible camping sites. We photographed their engagement session at Simba Oryx Nature Camp, Maasai Mara, The Resort is a beautiful venue overlooking the famous Maasai Mara Sunset. While other parts of country have been slammed with short rains over the last few months, the sun came out at the right time for this beautiful session, planning a session like this is no easy task…. And learned that the two had a bond that was unique in every way
