—Hogyan csöppent a fényképezés világába?
—I've always enjoyed photography as a hobby. When my cousin got engaged, she asked me to shoot her wedding. I had a lot of fun and was happy with the outcome so the rest is history.
-
—Véleménye szerint mik egy jó fotó legfontosabb elemei?
—This is very subjective, but for me it's all about the story. A great moment composed in a compelling way will always grab my eye. Bonus points if multiple stories are woven together.
-
—Mi alapján kellene kiválasztaniuk az ügyfeleknek a fotóst?
—A shared vision. When you view their work you should say to yourself "I want my story captured like this". Find someone who you can trust to tell your story in a way that resonates with you.
-
—Hogyan határozná meg a sikert? Mi a mércéje?
—If I'm closer to achieving my objectives than yesterday, all good.
-
—Hogyan fejleszti magát, hogy egyre jobb képek kerüljenek ki a kezei alól?
—While I value inspiration from other photographers, nothing beats getting out and shooting. I'm very critical of my own work and constantly trying to best myself.
-
—Kinek a munkája volt a legnagyobb hatással az fotós pályafutására?
—Gabe McClintock. He captured my wedding (before he became ridiculously famous) and it completely changed the way I viewed photography.
-
—Mi a véleménye a más bolygókon való életről?
—Highly probable.
-
—Mivel foglalkozik szabad idejében?
—Spend time with my family, enjoy the Albertan wilderness and write music.
-
—A kutyákat, vagy a macskákat kedveli inkább?
—All of the above. I have a dog and two cats.
