Surprise engagement in the Swiss Alps

Spectacular scenery in the Swiss Alps. This was one of those days when Interlaken and Thunersee lake was covered in cloud. Above the clouds the sun was shining and it was another world.Ahmed booked me for a “meet you there” surprise engagement shoot. He didn’t want his girlfriend to know. It can be difficult to give directions to the location above the clouds. Fortunately Ahmed had a rental car and he found the car park on time! He left his girlfriend by the car. We had a secret meeting by the parking ticket machine. They followed me to the location at a distance.There were only three of us at the location! I have learnt to become “invisible”. Everything went well with the marriage proposal. The sun was shining off the clouds. It made it a challenge to photograph.
