Dj | Dj LytaJames and Anja tied the knot at one of our favorite churches at P.C.E.A. Church of the Torch Thogoto. The moment we walked into Anja’s room at Southern Sun Mayfair Nairobi for her getting-ready photos, we were immediately drawn to Anja’s gown. The beautiful detail of the back was completely unique and unlike anything we had ever photographed before in Nairobi or any other destination we have photographed weddings at. We were in love with this Church. The venue was beautiful, as anyone who has been there can attest to. What is even more interesting than the beautiful architecture that lends itself to amazing photographs, is the story about how Anja and James chose the venue. If you have never been to this church, you are missing out on a little piece……….. This was one party that will definitely be hard to ever forget. From the moment we first walked in, the energy was buzzing and the event was beautiful. When we walked in the reception at Fuchsia Gardens Eldo Farm, we were blown away by the layout of the decor as well by Angelic Touch Events. They both understand the importance of photography, and it was especially important in the case of their wedding. Anja and James’s emotions were incredible and provided us with many opportunities to create beautiful wedding portraits for them. We had an incredible time photographing this couple’s wedding, and like most weddings, we are always sad when the event passes, however I am sure we will be seeing this couple again in the future, and cannot wait for the opportunities to document their story that will arise.
