Photographer of the Year by MyWed in 2017. Ken's sense of humour and vivacity are the main foundations for the emergence of his unique photographic style. Among his other accolades: Top 10 Fearless Photographers in 2016, Top 5 Wedding Photojournalist by MyMemory in 2017, and Best Wedding Photographer North West by TWIA in 2015.
A lover of good food, Belgian beer, photography, a bearded man and a father of 2 kids. Besides, Dries is the winner of the "Details" nomination of the MyWed Award in 2017. As a former graphic designer, he is always searching for a fresh angle, lines and a vantage point to create a modernistic graphic and geometric photographic style.
Pavel has an eye for detail, and he knows fairly well when it is the right time to press the shutter. He was the finalist of three MyWed Award categories and currently has 4 Fearless Awards, being honoured by SLR Lounge as well. Pavel believes that one should incessantly work on self-enhancement to deliver top-grade photos to the customers.
Rising star in the wedding photography industry. With only 4 years into the game, he is named the Best Wedding Photographer of Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg by Masters of Wedding Photography in 2017, Top 10 of BeNeLux in 2015 and 2016, and Top 10 Fearless Photographers in 2017.
Outstanding photo shooter from Indonesia, Top 10 Fearless Photographers in 2015 and 2016, ISPWP Photographer of the Quarter in 2015, Top 10 in 2015 and 2017. Hendra was the winner of Junebug Best of the Best Destination and Best of the Best Weddings in 2015, and a jury member of the Junebug Best of the Best Engagement in 2016 and of the 7th round of Master of Dutch Wedding Photography.

Who can participate?
Any professional photographer of legal age.
Sizes and formats
Everyone enjoys looking at the beautiful shots in high quality. Please upload photos with resolution of at least 2400 pixels on the longer side or bigger.
Original size photos are very welcome.
How to take part?
You need to be a MyWed member to take part.
Sign Up on MyWed, upload 20 photos to your portfolio and wait for the approval from our editors.
After being approved, you will be able to send your photos to the contest.
Already a member? Simply choose photos for the contest from your portfolio.
Number of series and photos
You can submit one photo for each single-shot nomination and one series of photos for the "Photographer of the year" nomination. The series must consist of 40 to 60 photos.
Participation fee
45 USD for all nominations. Free for MyWed Pro members.
Prizes
Total prize fund: $6000 and Nikon D5 camera provided by our great sponsor – the Nikon company.
The winners of one shot nominations will receive $300.
The winner of the “Photographer of the year” nomination (the best series) will get the Nikon D5 camera. The single-shot nominations have a total prize fund of 3000 (winners in each of 20 nominations will receive $150).
What photos should be submitted?
Only wedding photos are accepted (excluding the Engagement nomination).
Note that a series must include photos taken at one wedding.
Submit your 2017 – 2018 photos.
Authorship of photographs
It is considered that the author of a photo is the person who held the camera and pressed the shutter button.
By sending a photo to the MyWed Award contest, you confirm that you are its author.
It is permissible to use up to 10 photos from assistants in the "Photographer of the Year" nomination (series of photos).
You also guarantee that there are no third party objections against the participation of your photos in the contest.
What photos can be submitted?
Do not submit photos with frames, huge watermarks or logos.
Avoid pictures with diptychs, triptychs, multiple exposure, excessive post-production, design elements, etc.
Photos from workshops are not allowed.
